Request the deletion of your Clarif account and all associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Clarif account using one of the following methods:

Option 1 — In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Clarif app and navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Email Request

If you are unable to access the app, send an email to the address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Clarif account so we can verify your identity.

Steps We Follow

  1. Identity verification — We verify that the request comes from the account owner using your registered email address.
  2. Confirmation — We send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
  3. Data deletion — Your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request.
  4. Final notice — Once deletion is complete, we send a final confirmation email.

What Data Is Deleted and What Is Retained

The following table describes the types of data associated with your account and how each is handled upon deletion:

Subscription and payment records Retained Retained for up to 6 years as required by tax and financial regulations
Anonymized usage analytics Retained Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for product improvement
